Jotrin offers several ways to search and find the parts you're looking for. Using the search box, you can now search using:
Part number
Parts description
Product technology/classification (such as "resistor", "clock", etc.)
Part parameters (such as "5V 10%", etc.)

Search by product type
The product page will allow you to choose from the various product types offered by Jotrin. From here you can dive into the different technologies within these product types. This will take you to a list of parts we offer in this technology. You can then use our advanced filtering options to get parts with your parameter requirements.
Search by supplier
Starting from the Manufacturers tab, you can select a supplier, which will give you a list of products offered by that supplier. You'll also receive valuable solutions and application information related to manufacturer products, special offers, services and tools, and links to events and training. From the product offerings page, you can link to specified technologies available from the manufacturer of your choice. This will take you to a list of parts we offer in this technology. You can then use our advanced filtering options to get parts with your parameter requirements.

How to order

NOTE: Some parts are non-cancelable and non-returnable (NC/NR). If any item you choose to purchase is NC/NR, the terms and conditions will specifically indicate this.

Minimum order
There is no minimum order quantity for orders placed on zxg-ti.cn.
RoHS information
When performing a part search on either site, users will see the RoHS compliance status related to the EU directive in a field labeled "EU RoHS" and a new separate field "China RoHS" will also be displayed. Additionally, the site has been updated with new, easy-to-see icons to communicate various compliance statuses.
non-inventory items
In-stock products can be purchased by credit card or MyJotrin Terms account. Customers with a MyJotrin Terms account can also add products to their shopping cart that are not currently in stock.
return policy
Orders may be returned within 30 days of the date we ship to you. In order to receive a refund, returned merchandise must be returned with a Return Authorization obtained from the Jotrin Online Service Center (not your local sales office) and must be in the same condition and packaging as when shipped to you. Our decision on its status will be final. Return authorization and instructions may be obtained by calling 86-18682486380. We are not responsible for any returns sent to us without authorization. If you do not return the product or notify us of any problems (such as damage or wrong quantity or part number) within 30 days of the date we ship it to you, you will be deemed to have accepted the product. For orders placed under your MyJotrin account, please contact your Jotrin sales representative.

PayPal™ and Money Gram
Customers can place orders via Advanced T/T or Paypal or Money Gram. Jotrin accepts payment from all major local credit cards. All payments are in United States Dollars (USD).
Terms/Credit Limit
Customers can also purchase through an existing Terms account through your MyJotrin account. Customers wishing to set up a new terms account with Jotrin can click here myaccount_registration to register or contact a Jotrin sales representative: 86-18682486380
sales tax
For credit card and PayPal orders, applicable sales tax will be added to your order prior to submission based on your state's sales tax.
For tax-exempt credit card and PayPal customers: Please print the tax-exempt form. Please write your order confirmation number on the form and fax it to 86-18682486380.
Tax exemption status can only be applied for through a refund. If your tax certificate was previously sent to the Online Service Center, please reply to your email order confirmation to alert us that your certificate is on file and we will refund your tax.
For customers purchasing with a MyJotrin Terms account, applicable sales tax will be added to your order unless Jotrin has a valid tax exemption certificate. If you have questions about tax exemption information, please contact your Jotrin sales representative.

Shipping Information

Shipping costs/options
All orders ship Monday-Friday via UPS, Fed Ex or DHL and come with a full manufacturer's warranty.
How to collect ships:
Please select pickup from the delivery options. Then select your carrier and service type from the "Select your carrier" drop-down menu. Enter your shipper account number in the account number box provided
Prepaid shipping method:
For prepaid shipping, please select the type of service you want from the shipping options menu. Your shipment will be sent by the best method that meets the service level required in your area.
International orders:
Please click here International Shipping to see our estimated shipping costs. If a carrier (UPS, FedEx or DHL) account is not provided, your credit card will be charged for the estimated international shipping costs based on our preferred carrier, DHL. Exact shipping costs will be determined after your order is processed and billed, taking into account package weight, dimensions, and final destination. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
