applications. It is configured with DVB-C, DVB-T and ISDB-T demodulator, one parallel Transport Stream
interfaces, a multi-format audio and video decoder which is capable of decoding MPEG-1/2/4, H.264 (ISO/IEC
14496-10), VC-1, and a smartcard interafce. It has a digital video encoder of supporting CVBS, S-Video, YPbPr
output. For digital output, the MSD7803 also has a built-in HDMI 1.4a transmitter.

For traditional software-based Conditional Access System (SW CAS) applications, MSD7803-SXXOptional provides
the Common Scrambling Algorithm version 2 (DVB-CSA v2) capability and it is compliant with ETR289.
